  • Snack should be < 300 calories for maximum results.
Prior to Lunch
(30 mins before)

Lunch
  • Protein + Vegetables + Clean Carb
  • 1 of the MNS White Packets labeled “with breakfast or lunch”
Snack
  • Spark + Snack should be < 300 calories for maximum results.
Prior to Dinner
(30 mins before)
  • (2) ThermoPlus
  • Optional: (3) Catalyst
Dinner
  • Protein + Vegetables + Clean Carb
Bedtime
  • Optional: For maximum recovery and rejuvenation, take (3) Nightime Recovery and (3) Joint Support before bed.
  • Avoid eating 2 hours before bedtime. If you need a snack, veggies/protein only. No carbs/fats.
  • Aim for 90 oz of water per day.
  • Eat every 3 hours (waiting longer puts your body into starvation mode. Frequent small meals maximizes metabolism).
  • Try to be active, exercise 4 times a week for 30 minutes (walk, jog, bike, elliptical, or weight lifting).
